Hey LoveBugs - (potential pet name for my readers?!)
Since I am new to this neck of the woods, I decided to dedicate my first real post (since my first post was yesterday, but I don't think a welcome post counted) to us getting to know each other. I tagged myself in the '25 Random Facts Tag' because.. well.. because I can! LETS JUMP RIGHT IN :)
1. What is your middle name? - My middle name is Elizabeth. Given to me after my Aunt Tish (aka: Elizabeth). Don't ask me how Tish stands for Elizabeth but in this case it did!
2. What was your favorite subject in school? - In elementary school and throughout high school I always excelled in english, composition, and art style classes. Currently in college, I love classes pertaining to my major (event planning). I am also digging marketing.
3. What is your favorite drink? - Having recently turned 21, I am obligated to answer this like an adult and say
Malibu Bay Breeze. But lets get real and say that I love an ice cold Crystal Lite.
4. What is your favorite food? - Hi, my name is Ali and I am a SWEET-A-HOLIC (this is officially a word in my book). Chocolate, cake, candy, peanut butter.. Dessert before dinner is ALWAYS acceptable!
5. What is the last thing you bought? - A little black dress from TJMAXX (making me a maxxinista). Being in the event industry black dresses are a must. As if I don't have enough of them, the colder weather was a perfect excuse for a 3/4 sleeved black dress.
6. Favorite book of all time? - Well I have to be honest here and say that I don't read as often as I would like. However, The Hunger Games series was one I thoroughly enjoyed.
7. Favorite Color? - This varies regularly! I cannot and will not commit to a single color in the world of endless color options.... purple.
8. Do you have any pets? - I have a black dog named Panther, and a white cat named Sky. They should've been named Ying and Yang but my creativity had yet to develop at that age. Instead their names symbolized a black 'panther' and a white cloud in the 'sky'. OH and I count my aunt's dog who is practically my cousin.. Hudson.
9. Favorite perfume? I am currently loving the body spray from the Bath & Body Works Red Collection. (but I love most of their body sprays!)
10. Favorite holiday? - There are far too many to choose from! Can I pick one holiday out of every month? Is my birthday a holiday? Okay fine - I pick Christmas ! (only if it snows)
11. Are you married? - Not yet!
12. Have you ever been out of the country? - I have been to Spain, Italy and Greece. There are SO many places I want to see!
13. Do you speak any other languages? - I speak Ali!
14. How many siblings do you have? - One younger brother (shout out to all the big sisters out there!)
15. What is your favorite shop? - I am assuming this means store, as in clothing store, and I have so many! Fashion posts to come!
16. What is your favorite restaurant? - Definitely depends on the type of food I am craving, but I ALWAYS prefer a home cooked meal.
17. When was the last time you cried? - (Though I hate to admit this)
I cried last night.
18. Favorite blog? - By far my favorite beauty guru Kandee Johnsons blog http://kandeelandkandeeland.blogspot.com << CHECK HER OUT & tell her I sent you ! (not that she has a clue who I am but lets change that!)
19. Favorite movie? - Too many movies to choose from but a movie I can watch and never get tired of would have to be Corrina Corrina.
20. Favorite TV show? - Pretty Little Liars. Black Box. Vampire Diaries. Hells Kitchen. Master Chef. Nashville. Law & Order SVU. Hostage. The Following. Just to name a few. (I don't really have time to watch TV - HAHAHA)
21. PC or Mac? - Though I prefer a Mac, both get the job done.
22. What phone do you have?- This question may warrant an ENTIRE blog post.. but to keep it short and sweet I will answer with a White iPhone 6.
23. How tall are you? - 5' 2" (practically a giant!)
24. Can you cook? - I am working on it!
25. What is your favorite song at the moment? - Currently playing Trumpets by Jason Derulo on repeat
